Carolynne Maguire

Before being commissioned in 1988 as a Notary Public, Carolynne Maguire was a member of the Real Estate Institute of BC and applied her education in Marketing Management (Real Estate) from B.C.I.T. and in Urban Land Economics (Appraisal) from U.B.C. for the benefit of her clients in the real estate industry. Since that time, she has been a college instructor in real estate conveyancing and a contributor to The Scrivener, published by the Society of Notaries Public of BC, but her professional passion has been delivering excellence in notarial service to thousands of satisfied clients – one at a time.

Carmen Denis

Carmen was commissioned to be a notary public by the Supreme Court of British Columbia in 2023. Leading up to this appointment, she completed the Notary Education Program through the Society of Notaries Public of British Columbia and obtained a Master’s degree in Applied Legal Studies from Simon Fraser University. Carmen’s Bachelor of Arts in Honours Psychology was granted by the University of the Fraser Valley, where she has lived most of her life. But there has been no greater educational exposure than that from her extensive background providing above-average guest experiences in the customer service industry for nearly two decades. Carmen’s innate devotion to helping people and unrelenting drive for excellence keep her on the path to success through aspiration and kindness. Though, in her free time, Carmen thoroughly enjoys relaxing in a cozy chair with a cup of tea or travelling to…anywhere!
